How long does it take to process an order?
If your order is placed on a normal working day before 12 noon, your order is processed the same day, and handed over to the shipping partner. Post 12 noon orders are processed the next day and handed over to the shipping partner.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next working day, and handed over to the shipping partner.
How much time does it take to deliver goods?
We have partnered with India’s best Shipping provider Shiprocket. If your shipping address is from a Metro City, your package may get delivered within 2 to 3 days. For non-metro, it may take up to 5 days. For NE, J&K, Kerala, it may take up to 7 days.
Note that if your product is a liquid item, it can only be shipped via surface transport.
What are your shipping charges?
We try our best to absorb most of the shipping charges, however, certain regions like NE Sates, J&K, Telangana, AP, Himachal Pradesh, have very high shipping costs, hence we bear some portion of it and let our customers share some portion of it.
You can get an estimate of Shipping Charges from your Checkout page. From time to time, the company may run a promotion to waive off shipping charges based on your total cart value.
Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store.
If you are shipping to Ranchi, Jharkhand, you can get your product delivered the very next day. You can also pick up your product from our address the same day.
